This website is run by Serviceflo LLC ("Serviceflo", "we"). You can reach us at info@serviceflo.ai.

What we collect

When you book a discovery call, we ask for your name, your phone number, and your email address. You may also tell us about your business and what you want to fix. That is all we ask for.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These include your IP address, your browser type, and the pages you visit. We use them to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To book your call, confirm it, and remind you about it.
• To contact you about the call and about working together.
• To answer questions you send us.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Texts and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your booking and about our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by emailing info@serviceflo.ai. We will not share your consent to receive texts with any third party.

Who helps us

The booking calendar on this site is provided by HighLevel (also called LeadConnector). The details you enter there are stored in our HighLevel account and handled under HighLevel's own policies. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google may see your IP address when a page loads. If you play the video on our home page, your browser may load a small video player from cdnjs, a Cloudflare service. Our hosting provider stores the site files and server logs.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. The booking calendar may set cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we are talking with you about working together, and for our records after that. Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you, unless the law says we must keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@serviceflo.ai and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
