Christian's story

Five home service businesses. Still running on the same systems we build for you.

Christian has built and led five home service businesses across multiple trades and scaled them into multi-million-dollar operations.

He still runs several of those businesses today, and none of them depend on him day to day. They run on the same infrastructure Serviceflo installs for its clients: lead intake, follow-up, scheduling, reviews, and the team structure behind it.

Every system we build has already proven itself in his own businesses first.

His philosophy: focus on the who, not the how. Put the right people and systems in place, then let the artist do the art.
